Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV2OR2-10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGKV2OR2-10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGKV2OR2-10 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV2OR2-10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, OV, and PAAD are the cancer types where IGKV2OR2-10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
