Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV2D-36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,247 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV2D-36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, and Alpha-beta T cell proliferation. Each is linked with IGKV2D-36 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2D-36-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2D-36 results are reported.
