Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV2D-30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGKV2D-30 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher IGKV2D-30 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV2D-30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where IGKV2D-30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
