Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV2D-24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 152 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGKV2D-24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL346P, BNIP3P41, and RNA5SP174. Each is linked with IGKV2D-24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2D-24-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2D-24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL346P grouped by IGKV2D-24-low versus IGKV2D-24-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGKV2D-24→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGKV2D-24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
