Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV2-29 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGKV2-29 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher IGKV2-29 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV2-29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC and SKCM are the cancer types where IGKV2-29 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
