The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher IGKV2-28 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV2-28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and LIHC are the cancer types where IGKV2-28 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
