Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV2-28 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGKV2-28 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher IGKV2-28 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV2-28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV and LIHC are the cancer types where IGKV2-28 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
