The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher IGKV2-26 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV2-26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and HNSC are the cancer types where IGKV2-26 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
