Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV1OR2-2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGKV1OR2-2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher IGKV1OR2-2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV1OR2-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and BRCA show a favorable association.

SKCM, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where IGKV1OR2-2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
