IGKV1OR2-118

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV1OR2-118 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGKV1OR2-118 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGKV1OR2-118 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV1OR2-118 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, SKCM, and ACC are the cancer types where IGKV1OR2-118 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
