The most reproducible IGKV1D-37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antibacterial humoral response, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGKV1D-37 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1D-37-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1D-37 results are reported.
