Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV1D-35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,309 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV1D-35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antibacterial humoral response, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGKV1D-35 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1D-35-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1D-35 results are reported.
