The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher IGKV1-9 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV1-9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ and PRAD are the cancer types where IGKV1-9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
