Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV1-32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,170 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV1-32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell mediated immunity, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IGKV1-32 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1-32-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1-32 results are reported.
