IGIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGIP mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 251 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are H1-7, TOPORS, and RASSF4. Each is linked with IGIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGIP-to-partner and partner-to-IGIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H1-7 grouped by IGIP-low versus IGIP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
