Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHVIII-67-4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,673 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHVIII-67-4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, and B cell proliferation. Each is linked with IGHVIII-67-4 in more than 11 cancer types.
