The most reproducible IGHVIII-5-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell mediated immunity, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IGHVIII-5-1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHVIII-5-1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHVIII-5-1 results are reported.
