The most reproducible IGHVIII-38-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cortical cytoskeleton organization, Cortical actin cytoskeleton organization, and B cell activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with IGHVIII-38-1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHVIII-38-1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHVIII-38-1 results are reported.
