Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHVII-26-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,835 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHVII-26-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are T cell proliferation, Positive regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGHVII-26-2 in more than 12 cancer types.
