Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHVII-26-2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGHVII-26-2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGHVII-26-2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHVII-26-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and OV show a favorable association.

HNSC, STAD, and THYM are the cancer types where IGHVII-26-2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
