The most reproducible IGHV4-55-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, SEPTIN1, and CORO1A. Each is linked with IGHV4-55 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV4-55-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV4-55 results are reported.
