Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV4-55 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHV4-55-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN2AIPNLP2, RPL21P41, and TSPY8. Each is linked with IGHV4-55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV4-55-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV4-55 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN2AIPNLP2 grouped by IGHV4-55-low versus IGHV4-55-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV4-55→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV4-55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
