The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGHV3OR16-8 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3OR16-8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and LUAD are the cancer types where IGHV3OR16-8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
