Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV3OR16-7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGHV3OR16-7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher IGHV3OR16-7 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3OR16-7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and CHOL show a favorable association.

BRCA, DLBC, and CHOL are the cancer types where IGHV3OR16-7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
