Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3OR15-7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,156 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHV3OR15-7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, CD38, and IRF4. Each is linked with IGHV3OR15-7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3OR15-7-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3OR15-7 results are reported.
