Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3OR15-7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHV3OR15-7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6879, PYY3, and RNA5SP188. Each is linked with IGHV3OR15-7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3OR15-7-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3OR15-7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6879 grouped by IGHV3OR15-7-low versus IGHV3OR15-7-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV3OR15-7→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV3OR15-7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
