The most reproducible IGHV3-75-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and Regulation of leukocyte proliferation. Each is linked with IGHV3-75 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-75-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-75 results are reported.
