The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGHV3-52 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-52 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where IGHV3-52 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
