Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV3-35 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGHV3-35 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGHV3-35 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where IGHV3-35 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
