Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,176 significant associations in total. PAAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-21-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV3-23, IGHV1-24, and IGHV4-28. Each is linked with IGHV3-21 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-21-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-21 results are reported.
