The most reproducible IGHV3-20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, CD38, and CD48. Each is linked with IGHV3-20 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-20-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-20 results are reported.
