IGHV3-20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-160P, MTCYBP45, and NXPE2P1. Each is linked with IGHV3-20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-20-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV3-20→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV3-20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
