The most reproducible IGHV3-16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUBCNL, FAM160A1, and GREM2. Each is linked with IGHV3-16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-16-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-16 results are reported.
