The most reproducible IGHV1-58-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, IL16, and TRAF3IP3. Each is linked with IGHV1-58 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV1-58-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV1-58 results are reported.
