IGHV1-46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV1-46 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV1-46-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5787, HAUS1P3, and RNU6-258P. Each is linked with IGHV1-46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV1-46-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV1-46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV1-46→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV1-46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
