IGHJ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHJ3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHJ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7A3P, OR8S21P, and OR8I2. Each is linked with IGHJ3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHJ3-to-partner and partner-to-IGHJ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7A3P grouped by IGHJ3-low versus IGHJ3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHJ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHJ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
