Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHD4-17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,671 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHD4-17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC11C, MZB1, and CD38. Each is linked with IGHD4-17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHD4-17-to-partner and partner-to-IGHD4-17 results are reported.
