Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHD4-11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGHD4-11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher IGHD4-11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHD4-11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

DLBC, READ, and LUAD are the cancer types where IGHD4-11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
