Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHD1-7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,817 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHD1-7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell activation, B cell mediated immunity, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGHD1-7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHD1-7-to-partner and partner-to-IGHD1-7 results are reported.
