IGHA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3_pS9, Ku80, and Akt_pS473. Each is linked with IGHA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHA1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
