Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFL2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,422 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFL2-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A10, STK3, and CMBL. Each is linked with IGFL2-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFL2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-IGFL2-AS1 results are reported.
