Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGFL2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGFL2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher IGFL2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGFL2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and CESC show a favorable association.

MESO, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where IGFL2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
