Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,066 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPNE6, KLRB1, and GJB6. Each is linked with IGFL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFL1-to-partner and partner-to-IGFL1 results are reported.
