Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFBP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,594 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGFBP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIRC3-AS1, MYL9, and NALCN. Each is linked with IGFBP5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFBP5-to-partner and partner-to-IGFBP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP5 versus DIRC3-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFBP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFBP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
