IGFBP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFBP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFBP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with IGFBP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFBP5-to-partner and partner-to-IGFBP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by IGFBP5-low versus IGFBP5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFBP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFBP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
