The most reproducible IGFBP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Golgi vesicle transport, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with IGFBP5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFBP5-to-partner and partner-to-IGFBP5 results are reported.
