IGFBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,876 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OPTN, SHROOM2, and PRKCB. Each is linked with IGFBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFBP2-to-partner and partner-to-IGFBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 versus OPTN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
