Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGFBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,225 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFBP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of activated T cell proliferation. Each is linked with IGFBP2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFBP2-to-partner and partner-to-IGFBP2 results are reported.
