Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGFBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGFBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDM12, REG1B, and RNF148. Each is linked with IGFBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFBP2-to-partner and partner-to-IGFBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDM12 grouped by IGFBP2-low versus IGFBP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
