IGFBP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 852 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A11, PNMA3, and IL1R2. Each is linked with IGFBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFBP1-to-partner and partner-to-IGFBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP1 versus SLC2A11 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
