Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGFBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGFBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY2, BPY2, and BPY2B. Each is linked with IGFBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFBP1-to-partner and partner-to-IGFBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY2 grouped by IGFBP1-low versus IGFBP1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
